Can you turn 150 pages into a 5 minute presentation before a meeting?

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail, and I fear that is your problem! You are overwhelmed and don't have a clue where to start.
Now working as an English language teacher I teach students to give presentations to get good exam results and am currently teaching Algerian trainee pilots to give presentations, describe a photo, read a taxt and summarise it and to answer questions on all 3 disciplines.
If necessary send something to everyone in advance again with highlights you want to emphasise or hand something out at the end.
How can I be okay with being ugly? What is the bright side?
With no knowledge of the subject, or your level of English, giving presentations and editing it's hard to say!
Personally yes, I could as I have worked on sakes and marketing, so gave many presentations on a variety of subjects.
Control the room by starting I am xx here to discuss xxx and will answer questions at the end of my presentation.
Lots of the writing will be blah blah blah so ignore it. It's the who, where, when, why and how much that counts, usually.
Use the 4 point plan. Introduction, good points, bad points and conclusion.
Use diagrams or photos with simple key points
